to be inspired, by one a day, things you can also do once a day,tell a loved one that you love them,help a stranger in need ,be curtious,try to be positive,put the seat down,go to the post office and shoot all the emplyees or mcdonalds,clear cut a whole forrest,crap on your niebors lawn, oh yea soorry got side track well you know what i mean
