I am grounded.
Feet planted on the earth
Rooted in strength and balance
Stable, centered, open
Creating, growing, learning.
I am lighter.
Arms reaching toward the sky
Face turned toward the sun
Stretching, listening, breathing
Letting go of what is not needed.
Planted and lifted,
I reach higher and gather in peace.
I send up a silent prayer,
A prayer for clarity, wisdom, and inspiration.
